Hello John,

I like your blog and have read the e-book. It is very good and Mike knows how to do it. I think Mike and Alex think a lot alike but Alex is much more down to earth that Mike Dillard. I think that is why we all enjoy Alex so much.

There are some great points made there and it’s encouraging that the stuff listed from that book is not too dissimilar to what we are doing on the coaching.
