I think we all will struggle initially given we are all new and need to build our identities and product offerings with real value. I think that the key is having an adaptable plan which not only focuses on our individual goals but also looks to address any weaknesses and shortcomings so that we can move onwards and upwards.
With some grit and determination we will get there in the end!!
